didn't know Ian for as long as I would have liked.  Great memories of being crammed in his lounge, surrounded by instruments and watching you tube videos of artists doing the numbers we wanted to practice.  We were a good double act running our guitar group.  Ian was organised, disciplined, great at including everyone, I just tried to herd the cats into a reasonable sound.  I'm still still seeing people cycling round our estate in yellow hiviz and thinking it's him.
